• Association dues are paid semi-annually each year. First one is due January 1st, second one due July 1st. Please be prompt in your payments, as late fees do apply. Questions? Contact the Management Company.
• Animals must be on a leash when outside, and you must clean up after them.
• New improvements to your lot or the outside of your residence must first be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  The only improvements that do not require ARC approval are:

    o   Flower beds, flowers, bushes, and decorative edging within 6 feet of
    your home's foundation; also around your mailbox.

    o   Replacement of existing doors, windows, shutters, siding, roof as long as
    they meet the color scheme and expectations of our community; also
    replacement of existing trees so long as they are planted in the same
    place.  (New trees DO need ARC approval.)

• Ø  Do not block sidewalks when parking on the street or in your driveway.  This is a violation of the Town of Plainfield Ordinance.  Keep them clear for all to enjoy during their walks; try not to park in front of your curb numbers at night, if at all possible.
• Ø  Garage lights are "dusk-to-dawn" and must be on every night.  They are a major factor in maintaining neighborhood security.
• Ø  If a homeowner disregards the rules in the Declaration of Covenants and the Plat Covenants & Restrictions, such action may be considered a Violation, and the homeowner will be contacted to remedy the violation.
• Ø  Our lawn care provider mows lawns and the Common Grounds on Wednesday.  If you experience any problems, contact the Management Co.
• o   Mowers do not mow within fenced areas and do not edge around the fences.  The Homeowner is responsible.
• Ø  Trash pickup is Friday morning.  When you set out your trash, make sure it and your recycle items are contained so they won't blow throughout the neighborhood and into the ponds.
• o   For heavy items, call Ray's Trash Service to arrange for a special pickup - (317) 539-2024.
