The votes cast at our Annual Meeting have been counted by KMC and the outcome is as follows:

♦ Of the 68 changes, item #26 to include a 3 - 5% annual increase without residents approval was not passed. ♦Two others, #33 and #38, were regarding changing the setup fee charged by KMC on delinquencies and violations from $75 to $100. We are considering these as non-applicable as KMC will continue to charge $75.

Any resident may make a request of the Board to view the votes cast. The Board will set up a time and place for the meeting.

The Board thanks everyone for their time, questions, and vote on these changes which, in many cases, were required in order to bring us up to compliance with the Indiana HOA Act.

What's Next? The amended documents are going back to the attorney for one final review. Then they will be filed with the Secretary of State and at the time of filing, will become effective. The documents will replace the prior versions currently on our website.
